What we do

Restore Pro SD is a referral service. We take your message, take down what you need, and connect you with an independent local restoration contractor. We do not perform restoration work ourselves, we hold no contractor license, and we set no prices. The contractor you are matched with is a separate business that contracts with you directly.

Scope of service

The content on this site is informational. Cost ranges and recommendations reflect general conditions at the time of writing and may change. Nothing on this site is a quote, a contract, or a guarantee of a specific price or outcome. Only the contractor you hire can quote your job.

Service agreements

Any restoration work is governed by a written agreement between you and the contractor you hire, not by this site and not by us. That agreement sets scope, price, warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms. We are not a party to it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, written copy, images, branding, belongs to Restore Pro SD unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

We may link to third-party sites (insurance carriers, industry standards bodies, public agencies, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
