What we collect
When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to connect you with a local restoration contractor.
Calls are recorded
Calls to our number are answered by a recorded line. Messages are recorded and transcribed so we can return the call and pass your request to a local restoration contractor. California is an all-party consent state, so the recording notice plays before the message begins. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form or email instead.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request and to match you with an independent local restoration contractor. To do that, we pass your name, contact details, location, and description of the problem to the contractor we refer you to, so they can reach you about the job. That contractor is a separate business and handles your information under its own privacy practices. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Analytics
We use basic web analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. Analytics cookies record aggregate data, they do not identify you personally.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
Call buttons
When you tap a call button on this site we record an anonymous count of that tap, noting only which page it came from and the time. This sets no cookie, stores no IP address, and contains nothing that identifies you. We use it only to understand which pages lead people to call.
